Our Promise
The promise Metropolis Property Management makes to our tenants is that we will only offer property that provides them with both comfort and safety. To that end, we ensure every property we manage is well maintained and complies with all regulatory standards.

Property Maintenance and Repairs.
Please contact us to report damage to your property. It’s important that you promptly inform us of any house maintenance issues at the property and mitigate the risk of further damage. Failure to do so could result in you being held responsible for the damage caused.

For Any Afterhours Emergencies:
Should an emergency arise at the property outside normal business hours of 9am-5pm, during weekends, or on public holidays, please call our emergency line.

Important: Our after hours service should only be used for issues effecting essentials such as power, drainage, and water supply, or when the property is in danger if repairs are not carried out urgently.
